NBC, fell apart after a while
CoB, people didnt get chances there to prove themselves for the guild, only officers would go raiding most of the time, knowing each other IRL, so it was a bit unfair
Progressive raid, Some people decided to quit it so it fell apart

Your reasons for wanting to join us/ambitions as a player:
2 10o7 3vErY 3p1Xx, but besides that, hoping for a real good time, finally doing the things i really want to do in WoW. I've spent so much time running aimlessly looking for parties to ZA, kara, gruul and maggy, getting in one guild to another just to see how it falls apart after a few weeks. And i really hope i can find greener grass with you guy's. As ambitions go for, i really like the idea of a good supporting player, and if i can be bold enough to say so, helping people with gearing up at lvl 70 and making them raid ready.

Your raiding availability (be very detailed about this. your school/job/pregnant gf. we need to know which days/hours you can raid):
Basicly every day is fine from 20.00 till 24.00 during the week. And in the weekends i prefer a Sunday from 11.00 until 24.00. Im in a full time job so i cant really raid by day, cus i dont think my boss appreciates it when i'm killing bad guy's while someone is threatening to sue us on the phone.

Pyroftw, though i dont know him very well i met him a couple occasions, dont know if that's a good thing though.

Well... i love Sarcasm, alot of random humour or just plain stupid things. I keep on blabbering everywhere on WoW as well as in real life. Stubborn generally (Not when raiding, ill just do what the leader say's, except if im 99% sure it's not working). can be an asshole sometimes so youll get no suprises from that. Besides that, im a pretty normal guy with a pretty normal life. Overall gamer with a Xbox 360 and a wii, which with both consoles ill kick youre ass (probably)

The wii is fail and id have your ass handed to you on 360 especially Halo xD

Finally you applyed,
Rising knows his class well and does some awesomely good dps.

You need chest and feet enchants and you are low on spell hit. I would get the 3rd boss MgT heroic trinket too, better than the crit one. You need a better leg enchant (runic).

I'd switch out the chest gem for 10 spell hit hit and get 10 spell hit for the yellow and 5 spell hit/6spell dmg (or w/e it is) for the red for your boots.

Greens gems and unenchated items just won't do tbh.

You'll need threat reduction on cloak too.

The thinking here is be as best geared as you possibly can upto where you have been. Don't just wait on new gear to drop and put off enchanting/gemming.

All that said, I personally like your app and sympothise with your past raiding situation, I have been there too - drifting around guilds, raid groups that just fall apart.

If you can sort the gems, enchants out (we can let you off with the threat on cape for now) then I'm happy to accept you.
