uhm, you say you wanna try hard 25-man raids but you dont meet the requirements. despite the gear, you dont have any proper enchants on them.

Your gear is kinda bad and you are missing alot of + healing enchants, gearing isn't just about getting epics from raids it's about people doing the most they can to get all rep enchants, farm mats/buy all other enchants i.e. be as well geared as possible in that respect. Obviously I expect all raiders to be as well geared as possible.

So you need to:
- do thrallmar rep up to get healing enchant for head.
- scryer rep for shoulders (exaulted eventually)
- threat reduction on cape
- stats/mp5 on chest
- + healing on gloves
- healing enchant on your legs
- vitality on boots

Normally you would not be accepted, we are aiming at recruiting kara cleared guys. Nonetheless the fact is we need resto shamans. If you join I'd expect you to upgrade all those in the near future and they are all there listed so we will be to tell if you are ^^

I have taken chances on people in the past and had good results, taking on blue/green geared guys that proved worthy, geared up and remained loyal - now making up some of our regular raiders and freinds and now as well geared as the rest of us.

In summary, we are short on resto shamans so i am willing to take you on even though you are undergeared. But this does not make you special, I would expect considerable amount of effort on your part to enchant those listed. How much you want to make a go of that is upto you, just saying no one is immune to /gkicks for slacking =)
