Well there is really some enchants you need to change if you wanna do PvE.

Cloak needs an enchant. Get subtlety or 7 resistance
Chest needs: Restore mana prime enchant
Shield: Get 12 int instead of 18 stam

I see green gems in your shoulders, at a very minimun get rare, epic gems prefered

Also i see you socket alot of int gems, get + healing and int instead. Luminus Noble Topaz is good, or luminus Pyrestone preferred (as a suggestion.)

Fix those things and i will take you on as a trial.
