I looked at your gear and i have a few things to say:

1. I dont wanna pretend i know all about shamans, but arent your spell hit a little low
2. You seem to miss enchant on chest, there is a few you could get, stats, mp5 or something.

Im trying to find a enchanter that can do +6 stats on my chest.

Im gonna give my 2 cents here as well:

Your spellhit rating is too low, given your current build, where you miss both Natures Guidance (+3% spell/normal hit) and only have 2/5 tidal mastery.

I'd highly recommend you a build like http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=h or similiar.

With that build you'll get +12% spellhit alone from talents + totem, leaving you only to fill up 4% from gear, which equals about 50 spellhit, which you almost have.

Regarding gear / enchants, it looks pretty decent. A few minor enchants missing (chest etc) but that isnt that big of a deal. I'd like to see a +15 spelldmg enchant on bracers though, but I guess you are waiting for some pve bracers until enchanting them.

Sorry but the talent tree you linked isent build.

(and sure Im going to get the enchants - havent found any enchanter that can do the enchants yet)
