Your reasons for leaving those guilds: Because they kinda dissbanded, means all the good people left so not much hope for them anymore.

Your gear is fine for heroics but you are all spell crit and damage, you need alot of spell hit as a desto loc. Affli is alot less gear dependant and imp, malediction buff the raid.
