Looking to your gear, your damage is a bit low (<900)
you should replace your trinkets and weapon
enchant head, shoulder, back, wrist, boots.

for pve gems at 900 damage, only socket +spell damage or +hit if needed

I dont even know where to begin on this one.

First off, you're completely missing vital enchants on:

head
shoulders
bracers

and lesser enchants on cloak and boots.

Secondly, no pve spriest should ever gem for anything else than pure +spelldmg (unless you'll totally gain even more spelldmg from socket bonus by gemming for other stats). Its very easy for a spriest to reach hitcap from a few items alone without gemming for it.

Thirdly, your main weapon and both trinkets are kinda crap. Main weapon can rather easily be replaced from pvp honor weapons or even from drop in heroic (mgt).

Overall I'd say your gear isnt up to our standard at all, furthermore you havent even made an honost try to maximize your gear potential, so I wouldnt even consider this application until you've almost completely regemmed and enchanted your gear.

I've improved sockets and my spelldmg.

I've looked at his gear, he's improved it, and if we need SP's this is a nice one
