*beside pve rading gear I have pvp gear with about 420 resilience, I use it on fights where HP > DPS. I also have full FR gear (I R tank for leo) and full SR gear (for mother encounter in BT and few others where it comes in handy).

Attuned to: Since requirements are removed I'm attuned to all raid instance presented in Burning Crusade, got Champion of the Naaru title tho.

Former experience in end game raiding:
Pre-tbc: I experienced MC, AQ40, ZG and UBRS, however all at lvl 70.
tbc: Karazhan(all), Gruul(all), Magtheridon(all), SSC (including vashj to 11%), TK (excluding Keal), MH(all), BT(7/9, Mother being down to 33%).

Reasons for leaving those guilds:
DBK - I didn't agree way invites to raid were being handled.
PB - Officers fight, guild disbands... jolly good...
SOB - left 2 weeks ago, great but casual guild, I wanted more raids.
BL - I was there 2 weeks, guild disbanded... jolly good again.

Your reasons for wanting to join us/ambitions as a player:
- I find raiding enjoyable and also I don't mind few progress wipes (sometimes few turns to 1 month of wiping but man's gotta do what man's gotta do). Here because my gear and experience seem on pair with your progress so we might work on that together, going to guild that farms things I have not experienced before is not really my cup of tea... not saying that I can even if I wanted to... I know my place

Your raiding availability: I work weekdays from 8am to 5pm, I'm free on weekends so I'm available each night, and since I like raiding I try to be there whenever chance shows itself.

Let's all get along

I don't find 3 extra hit rating worrysome, I went as high as 125 hit rating in the past. It balences out as gear is changing.
