fire/frost doesnt really work for high-end raiding. you should decide for either fire or frost.

we've just started BT and we're "only" going to do them from now on. would that be suitable for you? your gear isn't the best for them. you need many badge upgrades.

Just to add you need to get your hit capped too, I noticed yours was only 97.
