Your reasons for leaving those guilds: I was an officer in guilds before i joined this server, and have bounced around guilds as they have raided and then slowed and then started up agaian. This has been very true since Cata's relelease, where i tried to start a guild like so many others ( Red Peril) and then joined guild after guild who seemed to just give up on 25 man raiding and then slow to barely 2 raids a week on 10man.

This was true of my last guild who had 16 signes for every raid so they decided to make a alts/mains raid and then all the old timers of the guild get into the mainbs only raid and all remainders have to make the best they can which just gets demoralising when u wipe 20 times in 3 hrs on Nef and they just keep changing set-up rather than building a capable 2nd raid team.

I have been in many guilds as a Officer, core raider class leader and now my class inside out, and have alot aexperience to offer to others, but i still havent stopped learning and always seem of something to improbve my game play or seeing others do something and then thinking, hmm maybe i could do something like that.......

I am lil bit mad, just cos i am older than your average raider doesnt mean i am a old fart. I work hard and play hard and have enjoyed raiding for years, and look forward to many more!!
