Former experience in end game raiding (including pre-tbc & pre-wotlk): didnt play as a level 70 in tbc and wasnt playing wow when it was level 60. but in end game raiding wotlk i have done: Naxx 10/25. OS 10/25 + 25 man whit only 21 people for achivment. VoA 10.

Your reasons for leaving those guilds: I'm not happy whit the raid progress. After 2 months whit naxx 10 they still do naxx 10. they havent done Ulduar 10. and OS 10 we did one time. so i want to get in a guild that have a bether progres in raiding.

Your reasons for wanting to join us/ambitions as a player: I want to get progres in raiding and want to join my irl friend Monori whit raiding.

Your raiding availability (be very detailed about this. Your school/job/personal issues. We need to know which days/hours you can raid): now i can raid everyday from 17.00 to the time it ends. but when school starts i can raid from 17.00 to 23.00 - 24.00 and thats every day.

hi,

wanna ask some question about your gear.
-why are u using sprit gem for blue gem slot? (sprit is nothing for ele. shaman)
-why are u using glyph of lava lash?

and some advice..
-get revered status with kirin-tor and take head enchant
-change your meta gem and sprit gems
-u have wrong craft boots, mail one better.
-u don't need imp. ghost wolf for pve but need booming echoesx2 instead of 1
-bring sons of hodir shoulder enchant or change your profesion inscription.
-and about your glyphs. glpyh of flame shock main ele shaman glyph atm. bring that one instead of lava lash and glpyh of LB better then glyph of LvB.. for last glyph slot your choice glyph or flametongue or glyph of totem of wrath.
-bring a wintersgrap spell power trinket till change your green
-if u wanna do raid u shouldn't have 2x gather profesion

Uhm the glyph of lava lash was a mistake xD did read wrong on it so i did buy it. but the plan was to change it but didnt do:p
The spirit gem. Idk. didnt find a beether one.
and the Kirin tor rep is on the way up. did just get the tabbard so i can get rep in instances and doing dailys for it to.
i will change all i need to get bether to get in the guild. atm im low on gold so i cant do all at ones. but ill try do it as fast as i can.
