because i want to do much raids and i think excession is a good guild that do much raids

Well i met this dude when my mage was 40 and his pally 40. he had some good skills but not the proper friends to level fast
so i invited him for RAF
we leveld like hell !! 60 in no time, then he was off on his own hes already 71 now
hes really fast. good learner takes his time to prepare for things.
I said to him apply now, cause if u guys want him to be different spec he can respec from 75-to 80 and get some expierence.
i am 100% behind him if he fails i fail

For my part, i cant really see bad sides about this.
Yes, he have to level and start from "square 1" with Northrend raiding for gear. But since he learns fast and wish to be holy, i think the good sides outweight the "bad" sides.
I say good for him.
